Our approach

Commerx respects the privacy of clients, prospects, partners and website visitors. We collect only the information reasonably required to respond to an inquiry, maintain a business relationship or meet legal and operational obligations.

This interim website

The inquiry form on this interim website prepares a message in your own email application. The website does not currently store the form contents in a marketing database. Standard hosting logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and request time for security, reliability and diagnostic purposes.

How information is used

Information sent to Commerx may be used to respond to requests, arrange meetings, provide services, maintain business records, protect systems and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Commerx may use trusted service providers for hosting, communications, security and business operations. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected or to meet legal obligations.

Future marketing platform

When HubSpot and related integrations are introduced, this policy and the site’s consent notices will be updated before new tracking, marketing automation or lead-management practices are activated.
